how I am thinking it will work is each franchise has its on board. it does its day by day post on there.

all messages will go on a message board, sub-boards, or some fansy messaging thing that all can see.

thats the plan so far... how I do not know...

What's with the karma and donation stuff?

If it were to happen on here, would it be you in control or would it be possible for me to run it? Cause i've done it before i know a little more about what happens. If you want to go ahead and run it that's fine, but believe me it's hard, even when you don't know what to do. I don't mind you running it if that's what you want, but consider having me as a war mod.

I've asked on TTH whether people think it is a good idea to create a forum within the games forum for use of the game. I'm going to PM a mod to ask about the feasibility of it, but i wondered what you all thought. Respond on there please.

This wouldn't be a bad idea, i'm not saying it isn't. i'm only thinking that at the minute we've got a good enough game goingn on TTH, and to create a new one on here, well, there's only the four of us on it so far, and if no one else turns up, we just can't do it so well.

Do we really need a shop, cause what would you buy? The only thing I can think of is extra research slots.

I think pandimus' logo is fine.

If anything we should spend some time working on the forum first and then we should sell it to people. by then enough people will have heared of it. This may be the way forward, cause it might not be possible to do what i want with a board on TTH.

also, this is still in the founding stage of develpoment. I only have the shop there for people to look at and see if they have a use for it.

also, the karma is on a normal board. dont worry about it.

right now, I am open to suggestions on how to shape the site. how to run it, how to manage it... any of that. right now, I need;

also, Goldeneye... your a admin by rights of the game. its your idea, if you came up with it or not. your the one who brought it to us, and I thank you for it. all I did was try to make a forum to make it a bit more balanced and expand the horizons. This will not be my main concern, for right now theres a battle going on from a ship that came from space, and my zealots seem to be dieing (talking about TTH)

so this will not begin untill the TTH game ends, no matter what. I dont want to redo my army yet.

Due to my lack of knowledge about proboards, i have no idea if the shop will work or not. What I was thinking is a thread whch acts as a shop, where people can go and buy extras. I say the war mods run it.

I think a thread for messages between each alliance. passworded so that enemies cannot enter it. We need a board like the one we have now, maybe we can have a board for each army to post their full details, unit info, etc. That way maybe we can shift some stuff onto there so that its not taking up loads of space on the main board.

Oh yea, i stickied the rules thread in the rules section, that way it stays at the top of the page (in case more threads are made there and we don't edit it in some time).

I'm thinking in the rules board we should say that if people come up with an idea for a rule or want to change one, they make a poll or a thread there explaining what they think. That way at least there's a place for it.

I've also written a site rules thread under the rules category, feel free to make additions. basically as we have a general board people are gonna talk about more than just the game, and we need to make sure they know what they can and can't do.

I say we stick with the colours used for the logo. That way we get like a house style. I'm thinking use the light-blue borders, a wbite background and dark blue text. What about everyone else?

it's been suggested to me that we add a rule for power ups, in a pokemon fashion. Basically if you research an add-on that in your franchise would increase a stat of a unit (say Charcoal for a fire type), then it does the same for any units that can have this bonus in game. What do we think?

I guess this could be made. this shop option could be changed by price, names, and pictures. as you can see, once you buy somthing from the shop the picture goes into your account. yuou can also see how much money everyone has.

Hm, interesting idea. Sounds complicated, but that's how I like it.

I say we have a shop of army add-ons and bonuses which change every week. we only have one of each and it's first come first serve. We have dollars there so maybe we can come up with a way of using that...

Hey, just found a new feature. You can give people custom titles, like my War Master one. When we get the game going, and we have mods, we can label them War Mod so that people know.

I'm also thinking about the Karma rating. maybe the higher your Karma level, the better stuff you can buy.

Oh, also, you can leave notes on people's profiles that the staff can only see. That way if something's in disute (say if a poster may be breaking forum rules but we're not sure), we can leave a note on their profile asking the other moderators to check it out.
