i agree there, thats the one flaw with this sort of thing, which is why i tend to keep my language as neutral as possible, but even i think i've said something that maybe i shouldn't sometimes, and it can be taken as ratty, but that's on those really long busy days usually. if in future i seem ratty to anyone honestly i don't really mean it.

Not being an ass here, but will the rules be simplified a bit? I'm just so used to the old Mack 12 rule scheme.

unfortuantely at the minute the rules are as simple as they get. The game I played got a bit out of hand, mainly because the main mod left and didn;t leave anyone to keep it running, but mainly cause some guy who wanted to be invinicble turned up and started screwing everything up, so to stop that happening i've had to add a load of sub-clauses in case of mods leaving or n00b uprising, that sort of thing. all you have to remember is that you play 2 days for every real day, you earn 500 points a day at the start which will start you off with 500 infantry units a day and you start with 5,000 infantry calss units, a HQ, a messenger and a General. The rest is cosmetic or doesn't apply until later on in the game, but feel free to ask questions and i'll see if i or anyone else can help you out.
When the game comes i always say you're allowed to make mistakes, cause someone will always help you out or point you in the right direction. in fact this group definately will cause they're already playing it, and believe me it took a few questions from most of them to get a general level of understanding. If you're doing something you're not sure about, you can ask or check the rules. You'd be surprised how simple it can be when we all get started. I was.

dont worry about the rules. if you dont understand them, try your best and when needed, ask us or we will help you. once the game gets started it will be clearer.
oh yea, I think we only have a few more things to tweak before starting. unless goldeneye finds a reason to holdit off, I say were all ready to start.

EDIT: Stop asking to change the rules without putting in a better alternative. Simply placing pressure on the admins will not accomplish anything.
