whatever you want, you're the artist (to be honest i hadn't thought about suns and stuff).
For now, we need at least one planet per player. Anyone who joins later will have to land on a current player's planet if there's none spare.

I propose this simple start...wait, how do you post images? I NEED A DUEX EX MACHINA HERE! Edit: well, i propose a simple 2D top down view of the solar system. the solar system would contain: around twenty planets, enough so that everyone gets one. (keep in mind i have no idea how many players there are). players would be responsible for creating a map of thier planet with Five areas, so that each planet is unique but fair. The players amass technology and armies at thier lesure and spread when they are ready. Too early, and you have bung tech on your captured planets that needs replaceing, minimizing your points. Too late, and everything becomes a chore to get as its already occupied. asteroid "clusters" (easier to pull off than asteroid belts), provide areas for colinisation, random events etc, so that there is more variaty in areas, but not alot of complexity. there would be five in each cluster, each an area like there is on a planet. players occupying them would be responsible for creating a diagram of the cluster. The sun: one sun, impassable, but a great source of energy. Rules about it are unsure at this point. Anything players create: theirs plenty of room in this solar system! player created stations and things would also add to the great universe of "FRANCHISE WARS" If we run out of room, expansions could be released, like Franchise wars: Kanes wrath or Franchise wars: Big Red One and the like...yes i am kidding, but expansions like new solar systems would be a great adition to satisfy growing players. Ive got a simple MS paint map that id like to put up of the solar system, but i dont know how... What do you think? theres room for improvement... god id love to be a Administrator (thats a wink!)
