Calling all artists!

Artistic talents not being fulfiled? Wanna draw something but don't know what? Now's your chance.

This game sees need of a map to play with, and this is your chance to draw what you think would be the most ideal map for the game. So, let your creativity flow, and post your creations here.

We look to be using an entire solar system, so here's the requirements:

Map of the solar system
Map of each planet
Detailed map of each island/continent of each planet

Now we don't need just one person to do all three of these. We would like anyone who wants to to draw up any bit of the map, which we can display for all to see. Let's say if someone does a birds eye view of a planet, you can post a more detailed drawing of one of the islands or continents that the map has. Or you can do a world map for a planet on a system that someone comes up with.

Bear in mind that the map will need to be fiddled with a bit. For example, territores will have to be marked, and base positionings will also have to be marked. Don't mark any buildings or anythign like that just yet on any maps, we'll get to that later. Also, could you do it in ink so that we can see it properly when it's been posted, thank you.

warhammer fantasy is set on a planet simiar to earth

and they have detailed maps for all the continents... this could be a starting point... unless you want them drawn.

well, as long as its editable it don't matter i guess. Well, maybe it doesn't need to be editable, i'm just thinking we can change the map to show different territories thats all.

Yea, might save a lot of work. I generally look at stuff like that when i get free time, so i'll try later this afternooon, see what we can come up with.

meh... I still say we need multiple solar systems.

maybe, but I say we start in one solar system then move to others when the capacity becomes more available. Otherwise we spend ages having no contact with anyone else. I know we will have a transport ship at the beginnning, but even then it'll take forever to reach other solar systems.

i think we need a vote. who want to start on multiple planets, and who wants to start on one planet then move on later? Then we'll know exactly how many maps we need.

I say there should be one planet for each franchise to start with. we can make space stations, look around the planet, conqure others, ect.

this also stoped the strange part were we all happen to start on one planet.

I vote for one solar system.... to start with.

i guess we do, and we'd be happy to have you on board for the job facade. Map out the planets for now, don't go into too much detail, we'll save names for later. If you wanna draw up a world map of a planet the go ahead.

Alright, but first I need a small suggested description and the amount of planets. And do we have a sun, or multiple? Any asteroid fields nearby? I can have a rough draft done by...oh.....Thursday? Maybe Friday.
