yep, sam carter said number 2, once the promethius project went underway i believe.
The other's are so obscure you'd really have to have been listening to hear them, but they're still memorable nontheless. I'll see how mano other guesses i get before i post the answers.

Ok it's time i gave the answers:
Number 1 was said by Doctor Neo Cortex In Crash Twinsanity. If anyone's played it he says it when you meet him when he's "talking" to his rocket propelled penguins, who seem to be complaining about their pay.
Number 2 was correctly identified as a quote from stargate. Samantha Carter says it, in response to Jack O'Neil's suggestion as to what the first Earth space vessel should be called. They eventaully go with Promethius.
Number 3 was a quote from Super Paper Mario, by a goomba. The stroy behind this one is that the goomba's friend has just been subjected to a mind control weapon.
Number 4 was a quote from Timesplitters: Future Perfect. a guy called Khallos has stolen a missile, and this memorable line is his way of revealing it.
Number 5 was also identified as from Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. Obi Wan says it to Anakin. memorable for it's poetic irony...
