Part of franchise wars involves communicating with the other armies and making allies. I feel that the best way to communicate with your allies is to use a secure inbox of sorts that your enemies or anyone else cannot access. On proboards there are 2 ways of doing this. One is to create a passworded board for each person, and i suppose what you can do in that board is have a thread for each topic or for each of your allies to put messages into. The second laternative is to create a hidden board for each person which requires the owner and their allies to know the URL of the board to access it. Personaly I feel the passworded board is the wy to go, because you would be able to change the password easily (or a mod would) if you break up with one of your allies, but i think it woould be harder to change the URL of a board (I think we'd have to delete it and create a new one to do that), but the problem with having a passworded board for each is that you have a load of boards displayed on the homepage. So i'd like you all to suggest which of these two methods you'd prefer (or suggest your own if you have any) and we'll see what the general consensus is.

I forsee one problem...what if allies break up?
They would still know the password to the board! that would be disasterous!

any alliances that split up can request for a mod to change their password, but with a hidden URL it would be harder to change.
