This is where the game will be played. The final details are yet to be decided, but it is close to happening. For now we're thinking that you will post a description of your franchise here (when it has been accepted) and the main game thread will be here. We're still not sure about the message system but we're planning it. I may start to accept proposed franchises in the week, so keep an eye open.

Please do not create any threads in this area as they will be deleted unless they have been allowed.

What are your thoughts Goldeneye, Name? Maybe test run some other stuff and then contact you guys if anything suceeds. That'd be interesting. I'll see if I can give it a shot with some people I trust.

I can't merge a whole different game with Franchise Wars, especially on one forum which is still in construction.
That would mess things up.

a word of warning, if you're being swamped by schoolwork then i wouldn't bother setting up your own forum, cause as you've noticed, name's disapeared a few times now, and it's only by my appointment as admin that we've actually got anywhere.

Don't worry about it. I am an Honors Student taking several good classes and I still manage to spare an hour a day.

And this is why I am looking for one other person to back me up (Other than ErA). ;D
My website is currently under-construction, and will be called

Franchise Wars: Extended Universe (Ex-Uni)
It'll differ in rules & other stuff, providing a different environment for players.

Estimated time for the Board to actually start is 2-3 months (whew, I know, right?)
If anyone here has the experience and time enough (every once in a while) to join my team of Admins and Mods on my site for construction, step up.
*This is a responsibility, not a just a game, keep that in mind*

If my site gathers members and suceeds, people from my site can transfer here and vice-versa for new Events, challenges and other stuff.

Hmmmm... i could join your team for the site. I'll swamp you with ideas (just ask goldeneye), but first and foremost i respect the fact that it is your creation... not mine... and therefore you have the final say in everything. Consider me for it...you wont be disappointed.

And its funny... theres this big thing about schoolwork going on, but thats precisly the reason i contribute to this site (Just look at my rediculous post count). Schoolwork, whilst an important part of education and life, has a snowballs chance in hell of holding my attention.

I procrastinate so often when the work is uninteresting, then come up with something brilliant a few days before its due...its my way. Before then, though, im trying (and FAILING) to get into the work, only to get bored and come here to see what everyones doing. I've managed to complete a geo slideshow/ presentation, geo test, math spreadsheet, english speech with the interesting topic "wealth rules!", a religion slideshow/presentation, a history biography of an elderly person, a science test, a drama monologe, performace and essay, a photography manipulation journal and storyboards for a movie which im working on now, and some other stuff ive forgotten, plus contribute here...

Oh, and BTW, Facade, i did not know you ment a whole different FW game, i thought you were trying simple gameplay-mechanic experiments... lost in translation, eh?

Anyway, im done with my franchises tech tree, so im set for anouther thing to devote my easily distracted mind to...

I do wish...and have made a couple of informative rules threads already.

i guess i can't take small steps...meh...i'd rather be fast anyway.

However, you might have differing ideas about what the site should be like... inform me if you wish things changed ( or change them yourself if admins can) and i will do so without question (unless i have an idea).

EDIT: Nice pic of Revan BTW, that game was epically good.
